I’m a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel truly heard, valued, and supported. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or the emotional toll of frontline work, my goal is to walk alongside you as we work toward healing, growth, and renewal—together.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary and am certified in CBT Trauma Therapy. Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege to work with individuals from all walks of life, including those struggling with mental health challenges, trauma, and high-stress professions. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapy, combined with mindfulness and self-compassion techniques, all tailored to your unique needs.
I have past experience working in the corrections field, where I gained deep insight into the stress, trauma, and emotional weight carried by first responders, frontline workers, and those in demanding professions. I understand the pressure of always being “on,” the unspoken burdens of the job, and the challenge of processing difficult experiences while continuing to serve others.
